▶ Coverage available for international trips up to 6 months (182 days), for travelers up to age 95
▶ Coverage for pre-existing medical conditions is available for medical services and emergency medical evacuation if you have a primary health insurance plan
▶ Enrollment requires an active U.S. health insurance plan, but it does not have to be a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield plan

▶ No U.S. primary health insurance is required to enroll
